BMillay of Kong Labs pleads guilty, awaiting sentencing

As you are probably aware, BMillay (Brandon Millay) was a source who went by the name of Kong Labs, and operated on many of the smaller/medium-sized sites on the internet. Much of the government’s case against him revolved around numerous so-called encrypted messages and private messages that he had sent and received on those sites.

Well, he has just plead guilty to distributing and misbranding anabolic steroids, and failing to register an establishment used to process, package and change labels on anabolic steroids. He’ll be sentenced July 8th.
