Testosterone boosters the subject of a class action lawsuit

Scott J. Ferrell of the lawfirm Call Jensen & Ferrell is representing two California men plus others in a class action suit against Musclemeds for their Arimitest product, seeking  “to recover millions of dollars generated by defendants via the false and misleading claims.” The main ingredient in Arimatest is ATD, an aromatase inhibitor that never impressed me, personally. But the lawsuit has very broad implications, as ATD has been, and is still, used in many nutritional supplements that purport to boost testosterone via aromatase inhibition.

The lawsuit seeks millions of dollars in damages based on Musclemed’s alleged violation of the California Legal Remedies Act, unjust enrichment, fraud, violation of the California business and protections code, and breach of warranty.
