Free bodybuilding seminar at Golds Gym, Paramus – Saturday at 1pm

This coming Saturday, November 28th, at 1pm, Golds Gym of Paramus, New Jersey, will be hosting a free bodybuilding seminar with national-level NPC bodybuilder, Dom Dichio. It’s a great gym (tons of weights, separate room for cardio, spinning, classes, etc…full sets of Kettlebells and functional training area, etc..), and I’m sure this will be a great seminar. Best of all, it’s free, and close to shopping (one of the biggest malls in the country is 5 minutes away, and another is within walking distance), so you can get to the seminar and get some of your Christmas shopping done all on the same day.
