Got a prescription? Think again…
A lot of professional bodybuilders have prescriptions for anabolic steroids and a lot of garden variety gym rats have prescriptions also, which they use to supplement their regular use of anabolic steroids. That’s all well and good, and it’s probably a good thing that people are turning towards doctors for their anabolics. However, it should be noted that if you have a prescription, and you have failed to disclose the fact that you are taking other anabolic steroids, that prescription is null and void, according to federal law.
When you obtain a prescription by withholding material facts, i.e. the fact that your hypogonadism is caused by the current use of anabolic steroids, then the prescription in question becomes null and void. Puts quite a different spin on all of the “bros” on message boards who think they have “legal” prescriptions because they “tricked” their doctor, huh?
