A reader sent me this information awhile ago, and I had forgotten about it until now. The gist is that AG-Guys has been sucking for the past few months (24 of them, roughly), and they’re eager to win back the customers they’ve lost. Their shipping was spotty and late, and their email response time was horrible. Twice I had to step in for friends who had not received their order yet – once it was comp’ed and the other eventually received his stuff (I think).
